Would be good to post a schedule of conference room bookings on the website. So we know when we can go in – and when we cant.

Hi there. Thank you for the suggestion. Let me know if this helps: Select check availability under the room you would like to reserve and the calendar should pop up. Unavailable dates and times will be coded in red and available dates and times will be green.
